As of today, 1/06/09, Ask-A-Butcher/The BBQ Butcher is going on a 3-4 month hiatus from his online communities. I have had several issues pop up in the last year and, like a typical male, I have ignored them, put them on the back burner, sloughed them off, what have you. It has come to a point where I have to address these issues and the only way I can do that is to take time away from the computer, from business, etc and put more effort into making sure that my time is spent on getting healthy.
In between now and when I come back, please feel free to peruse the past columns to the right or search my other two websites for the info you are looking for. The sites will remain open and searchable, but no new material will be added until late spring or early summer.
If you have a question on bbq'ing or grilling,
please visit this site and don't be afraid to ask questions. If you have any questions about the Primo Grill & Smoker, i.e. set up, configurations or just in general,
this is the place to go. Both sites are free, but you do have to register and the ONLY email you'll receive from them is the one to register with. Never any spam, etc.
